Meta event search engines - web crawlers that automatically retrieve events (like concerts, conferences, fleamarkets ...) from the websites of the event organizer - are the next big thing on the internet. This ebook does not describe how to program such an eventcrawler - it is meant for event managers that want to prepare their event websites to be found by these search engines. Whereas some standards have been developed within the scientific community of the "semantic web" - this code does not require any programming / HTML skills (which was/is a problem for smaller event-organizers who don´t want to dig into programming). A small chapter touches the field of course marketing, and the DATE HASHTAG is a simple tool for platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
