Oscar the ostrich has a magnificent tail. At night, so as not to sit on his feathers, he sleeps with his head in the ground and his tail in the air. One morning, on waking up, he stretches his neck and has the sensation that his head doesn't move. Ostrich stamps his feet, bends his knees, shakes his tail and pulls, and pulls, and pulls...; but his head is stuck and it won't come out. Reminiscent of an ancient tale by Tolstoy, in which an old farmer finds a giant turnip and needs the collaboration of everyone to pull it up, "Ostrich" clearly reflects how the will resides in association, in team strength: 'We need efforts from everyone so that things work'. But Ostrich will also learn that daylight is much more important than his beautiful tail and he'll never forget that...'Only a very silly ostrich is found, spending the night with its head in the ground'.
