Louise Cooper nació en Hertfordshire, Reino Unido en 1952. Siendo muy joven, 20 años, publica la que fue su primera novela. Desde entonces ha publicado más de 50 novelas y aun hoy se siente con fuerzas y ganas de escribir. Actualmente reside en Cornualles con su marido, disfrutando de su amado mar, que le sirve de inspiración para futuras obras.
