This book proposes a multidisciplinary work on applied humanities and social sciences, focused more specifically on administration, that contributes to research and teaching. The goal is to create a General Theory of Administration (GTA), focusing on Brazil, analyzing it from the specific perspectives of the different fields of knowledge involved. The goal of this work is to foster collaboration between academia and the general public. This task will be accomplished through the engagement of public and private partners. The General Theory of Administration in Brazil (GTA), when taught in Brazilian schools, highlights examples of a reality quite different from the national one, using the American and European business models. Without neglecting this, the time has come to utilize Brazilian models, figures, and companies for this endeavor. The moment of Brazilian affirmation calls for a general theory of Brazilian administration, utilizing excellent business schools, along with leading Brazilian professors, students, businesspeople, and politicians, for a genuinely national model. This model, which will be a book, will use the aspects of three areas that permeate Brazilian administration: businesspeople, politicians and football, which have accumulated so much experience in this past and current century, thus arriving at the time to develop a national business model, including cases of Brazilian companies.
