In this instalment, the magazine compares four distinguished Spanish practices: MGM, Harquitectes, Barozzi Veiga, and SelgasCano, the designers of the 2015 Serpentine Gallery Pavilion. By analysing several notable projects from each office, a portrait of four individual yet relatable strategies emerges.

The power of contemporary Spanish architectural practice is made clearly apparent through these this collection of recent work, both at home and abroad. Featuring, among others, the renovation and extension of Ramos Carrión Theatre, Zamora, Research Centre ICTA-ICP at UAB, Fine Arts Museum, Lausanne, and the Turkana Immunization and Education Centre.
