El instituto tiene por objeto, entre otros cometidos, fomentar en todos los órdenes la investigación, el estudio, el desarrollo científico y la difusión del Derehco Procesal en sis distintas ramas y desenvolver todas aquellas actividades e iniciativas que contribuyan al mejoramiento de las actividades procesales y de una justicia efectiva y eficiente, a realzar el prestigio del Instituto y a estrechar los lazos de solidaridad entre sus socios./ The Institute´s object is, among others, to promote in all fields the research, study, scientific development and diffusion of procedural law in its different areas and to develop all kinds actions and diffusion of procedural law in its different areas and to develop all kinds of actions and initiatives that contribute, to the improvement of the procedural activities and of an effective and efficient justice, to highlight the institute´s prestige and to strengthen the bonds among its menbers.....
