Alejandro Guillermo Roemmers nació en Buenos Aires en 1958. Es poeta, dramaturgo y colaborador de diversos proyectos a favor de la fraternidad y la paz en el mundo.
Ha recibido numerosos premios internacionales por sus actividades, entre los que destaca el San Francisco de Asís, otorgado en el Vaticano a un laico por primera vez en ochocientos años. En 2025 recibió el nombramiento de embajador por la Paz del WOFP (World Organization for Peace).
Ha publicado las novelas Vivir se escribe en presente y Morir lo necesario, ha escrito los musicales Franciscus, una razón para vivir y Regreso en Patagonia y tiene publicados numerosos poemarios. Ha compaginado su posición de empresario con una profunda vocación artística y literaria, y la transmisión de los valores esenciales del ser humano. En esta línea, publicó El regreso del Joven Príncipe y El Joven Príncipe señala el camino, libros traducidos a treinta idiomas, que llevan más de tres millones de ejemplares vendidos.
