It might seem that the problem of water is becoming the object of an accurate and special attention. This is because of its importance. To solve that problem, human and technological resources are being applied. However, the present work shows that there is much to do about it and even more to know. This is the challenge: to be able to order adequately our resources, to preserve them and to guarantee its future usage
