This work consists of two parts. The first part presents topics related to tasting and comparing wines, while the second part deals with the study of prime materials necessary for tasting and truly understanding wine. Initially, the book covers various topics related to the mechanisms, phases and techniques of tasting wines. Then it introduces topics concerning the world of the consumer such as purchasing wine, conserving wine, serving wine, the marriage between foods and wine, and the effects of wine on health.
