ELLY GRIFFITHS (Londres, 1963) se trasladó a Brighton cuando tenía cinco años. Estudió Lengua Inglesa en el King’s College de Londres y, tras licenciarse, trabajó en una biblioteca, en una revista y luego se dedicó varios años al mundo editorial.
