VALENCIA WITH CHILDREN

Pilar is 10 years old. She is a bright little girl who has many hobbies: loves drawing and reading, because she has a great imagination. With a lot of friends, they create new games to have fun every day. Pilar is also an animal lover and loves spending time with her dear grandma. She couldn’t imagine her life without their walks together around Valencia. Of all the existing animals, maybe her favourite ones are birds. She loves birds because they can fly. Pilar would love to fly like a bird. She would especially like to fly over Valencia, the city where Pilar was born and where she lives. Valencia has a lot of history which begins with the foundation of the city by the Romans. She knows that flying is only a dream, but sometimes it happens that reality is even better than dreams. Those city treasures that Pilar can’t enjoy when she travels by air, can be contemplated walking around the city with her dear grandma Marina. In their walks by its streets, Pilar and her grandma will visit many places that Valencia has to offer to everyone who wants to enjoy them. There are hundreds of magical places to discover in this city. Their adventures will be accompanied by illustrations created by the Fine Arts students of the teacher and great artist Victoria Cano. Altogether, this book is a masterpiece for our children to experience a magical Valencia.
