Enamorarse del Futuro is an excellent book that takes a different approach to the subject of leadership and strategy. Its greatest asset is that it is written with humility, from a personal point of view and with great empathy. If you are tired of business books that tell you what to think, read this book. As Miquel points out, it will make you fall in love with YOUR future, the only one that matters. That´s why it´s a great book (and easy to read - I read it in an hour and I´m not Spanish!).
