The OpEx-Method is a holistic approach designed to support IT organizations in their transformation. Leaders are often faced with the challenge of adapting to new conditions, whether due to technological developments, changing market conditions, or organizational requirements. In such times, they frequently feel left on their own and overwhelmed, as they are confronted with a multitude of issues that must be addressed simultaneously.
The OpEx-Method was developed to counteract this problem. It consists of eight modules, including Historically Grown, Vision and Strategy, Organization, Services, Processes, Tools and Architecture, Leadership, and Project Management. Each module is self-contained and delivers concrete results, which can, however, also be reused across the other modules.
