Arthur Conan Doyle, a physician by profession, found inspiration in the contradictions of human nature and the intricacies of crime, which are central to his writing. His experiences in late Victorian England, a time rife with curiosity about science and the supernatural, undoubtedly influenced his narratives. The fusion of logic and intuition found in his tales reflects Doyles fascination with the emerging world of forensic science, as well as his personal beliefs and interests in spirituality and the metaphysical, contributing layered complexity to his short stories. Escrito por Arthur Conan Doyle

Arthur Conan Doyle
Edimburgo, (1859-1930).
