Oriol Castro (Barcelona, 1974), Eduard Xatruch (Vila-seca, 1981) y Mateu Casañas (Roses, 1977) son ya una leyenda de la cocina de vanguardia pese a su juventud. Desde elBulli de Ferran Adrià revolucionaron la cocina contemporánea liderando su creatividad, cocina y pastelería, respectivamente. Tras el cierre del restaurante y tras un breve período colaborando con Adrià en el Bulli-Foundation, en abril de 2012 abrieron su primer restaurante juntos, Compartir, en Cadaqués. Allí siguen con su voracidad creativa y a finales de 2014 desembarcaron en Barcelona con Disfrutar, que en 2015 consiguió su primera estrella Michelin y fue premiado como Mejor Nuevo Restaurante de Europa que otorga la reconocida lista gastronómica Opinion About Dining.
